Measured performance

Ports are the major crossroads of the performance of a logistics chain in which many economic actors intervene. The performance of a port and the fluidity of its passage are not an addition of isolated individual performances but the result of coordinated collective performances.

To materialize this vision of a port, a working group composed of the different actors of the port crossing was created in 2013.Its work was concretized by the definition of a series of indicators whose ambition is to measure the performance of this crossing and to highlight the quality of the services realized on the Port of Marseille Fos.
